About Next Throw

The mission of NEXT THROW is to provide high-quality, personalized training programs and mentorship to middle and high school track and field throwers. We aim to help our athletes improve their technique, develop their skills, and reach their full potential as throwers. Our focus on small group training allows us to provide individualized attention and instruction to each athlete, maximizing their learning and progress. We also prioritize building positive relationships with our athletes, teaching them communication skills and collaboration, and instilling in them the value of trusting the process. At NEXT THROW, we believe that every thrower has the potential to excel, and we are committed to helping them achieve their goals through expert coaching and mentorship.

We opened in 2020, dedicated to the throwers of the great sport of track and field. Welcome to NEXT THROW – Where Every Throw Matters!
